Help us spread the word about the state’s first ever statewide mental health crisis hotline, 1-844-493-TALK (8255). Research shows that individuals experiencing a mental health crisis who know how to access supportive services get more effective help sooner than those who struggle to find the help they need. The line is staffed with trained professionals and peer counselors 24/7, providing counseling and referral sources to Coloradans experiencing a mental health crisis.
For more information, see the Colorado Department of Human Services Mental Health Crisis Hotline web page.
