The purpose of the Customer Service program is to provide technology support and media production services to county employees and the public so they can carry out their business activities as quickly and reliably as possible.
The purpose of the Self-Service Solutions program is to provide technology-based voice, web, video and self-service solutions to the county, the public and businesses so they can conveniently and consistently conduct their business with the county remotely.
The purpose of the Business Solutions program is to provide technical solutions, application development, implementation, consulting and support services to the county so staff can automate their business processes to meet specific business needs.

The purpose of the Records Management and Archives program is to provide records compliance and lifecycle management services to Jefferson County and the public so they can readily access, store, secure and protect public records.
