Re: Mobile billboard stolen the night before press conference
Jefferson County, Co. – On August 19, 2011 the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a stolen mobile advertising sign and trailer that was to be used in CDOT’s ‘Drugged Driving’ campaign.
The trailer and sign were stolen near the intersection of W. Chatfield Ave. and S. Garrison St. between 9:30 p.m. on August 18 and 8:15 a.m. on August 19.
The sign measures 8’ tall by 20’ wide and was bolted to a 20’ flatbed trailer.
Below are pictures of what the billboard “Drugged Driving” art looked like and another image of the trailer carrying an unrelated billboard.
Anyone with information regarding this theft is encouraged to call the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office tipline at 303-271-5612. Click to view PDF of billboard
