Residents of South Jefferson County will have an opportunity to shape the future of their neighborhoods as the county’s Planning & Zoning Division seeks input to update the South Jefferson County Community Plan.
Jefferson County is beginning the process of updating three of its 10 community plans so it can consolidate them into the Comprehensive Master Plan, which the Planning Commission adopted in January. The Comprehensive Master Plan is a consolidated document that expresses the overarching goals of the county and lends guidance to the Board of County Commissioners when making land-use decisions.
Planning & Zoning will hold two kick-off meetings for the South Jeffco Community Plan Update.
- 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, July 15, at Ken Caryl Ranch House, 7676 South Continental Divide Road in Littleton
- 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 28, at the Columbine Library, 7706 West Bowles Avenue in Littleton
