A former Jefferson County music instructor and color guard coach at five Jefferson County schools was in court today and entered a guilty plea to two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child by one in a Position of Trust, each a class four felony, and one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, a class three felony.  William Samuel Paxton, 43, was arrested and charged in October 2007 for having sexual contact with a 17-year-old female student.
