Jefferson County, Colorado ? During the early morning hours of June 12, 2008 the Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office arrested four males for breaking into vehicles in the southern part of the county.  The suspects, one adult and three juveniles, were caught after a victim called reporting his car alarm had gone off and he saw two males running away.  Four additional victims in an apartment complex in the 12200 block of W. Dorado Place have been identified.

When Jefferson County Sheriff?s patrol deputies conducted a traffic stop at 3:24 a.m. on a Nissan pickup leaving the area, they saw someone waving from the bed of the truck.  The truck listed to an address in Commerce City. Two suspects were in the cab and two were lying under a blanket in the bed.

Some of the items stolen from the victim?s vehicles and found in the truck include four car stereos, a roadside emergency kit, a CD case with 57 CDs and a blue electric blanket.  Damage to one of the victim?s vehicles is estimated to be $800. 

The adult suspect is identified as Javier Loya, dob 10-19-89.  Loya is being held at the Jefferson County Jail and the three juveniles, all 17-year-olds, were taken to the Mount View Youth Services Center.

In addition to Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor charge for Loya, all the suspects may be charged with First Degree Criminal Trespass, Possession of Burglary Tools and Criminal Mischief.
