On Friday, May 5, 2006, Marshall Adam Walker, DOB: 3-29-73, of Thornton, was arrested by officers of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Jeffco DA's Office and the Wheat Ridge Police Department.   While law enforcement has requested the warrantless arrest affidavit be sealed, court records indicate that he was arrested on charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Enticement of a Child and Unlawful Sexual Contact.

Walker, a teacher at Everett Middle School in Wheat Ridge since 1998, taught science classes, coached boy's basketball and participated in hunting and fishing activities.
