Jefferson County, Co. – On April 26, 2011, Earl Albert Moore (dob 020446), the suspect in the attempted bombing at Southwest Plaza Mall, was arrested without incident by the Boulder Police Department. Moore was spotted by an observant customer at the King Sooper’s store located at 3600 Table Mesa Drive in Boulder. The customer expressed her concerns to a store manager, who called the police.

Moore is in the custody of the United States Marshall’s Office, and will be held overnight at the Jefferson County Jail. His first court appearance will be in Federal Court on April 27, 2011, at which time he will be advised of the charges against him. He will then be transferred to a federal facility.
