Re: Jefferson County Sheriff conducts DUI checkpoint
Jefferson County, Co. – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a DUI checkpoint in the south Jeffco area on Saturday, September 3, from approximately 8:00 p.m. to Sunday, September 4, at approximately 3:00 a.m.
The checkpoint is being conducted in conjunction with the Wheat Ridge Police Department and in association with the Colorado Department of Transportation’s (CDOT) Checkpoint Colorado Campaign.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is committed to reducing the number of drunk drivers and alcohol-related accidents in Jefferson County. The Sheriff’s Office encourages everyone to drive safely and responsibly. |
