    • 1980s - Open Space designates area as a dog training location
    • 2001 - Evergreen resident Judi Quackenboss leads effort to enclose 1-acre Bark Park in memory of her son John with private funds
    • 2005 - Open Space expands fenced area to 5 acres
    • 2008 - Parking lot and trails constructed
