• Special Activity Use Park Permits


  • You may need a Special Activity Use Park Permit to host an event in an Open Space Park. Special activities include events that may require exclusive use of our parks or trails and fall into two categories:

    Category 1 Events: Events that exceed 200 people and/or require exclusive use of Jeffco Open Space managed trails or parks.

    Category 2 Events: Events that do not exceed 200 people and do not require exclusive use of a park, trail or other area.

    The deadline for Special Activity Events in 2018 is Oct. 7, 2017. We will notify applicants on the status of their permit by the end of November, 2017.
