Smoking Ban Lifted in All Open Space Parks August 1, 2012 As of noon, Wednesday, August 1, 2012, the Jefferson County Sheriff lifted all fire restrictions in all areas of unincorporated Jefferson County. With this action, the Open Space Parks ban on smoking has also been lifted.
