Jefferson County Open Space offers semi-primitive, tent-only, walk-in camping by permit at
White Ranch Park and Reynolds Park. Camping is semi-primitive -- no vehicles, trailers or RVs.

Camping Permits
Camping permits (Advance or On-site) are free, valid for a maximum stay of up to three consecutive nights. Campground stays are limited to no more than a total of 12 nights within a 30-day period.
Advance Camping Permits
Advance permits are recommended for holiday weekends or for groups such as scouts and clubs. These permits can be obtained up to three months prior to arrival, however advance permits cannot be obtained less than three days before you begin camping. Example: an advance permit will be issued on Tuesday, but not Wednesday, for a campground stay beginning on Friday. Advance permits are available at the Open Space administrative offices during regular business hours (Mon. - Fri., 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., excluding most holidays). On-site Camping Permits
Jefferson County Open Space now offers walk-in, tent campers the option of obtaining a camping permit at White Ranch or Reynolds parks upon arriving at the trailhead. These no fee, on-site permits are first come, first served and are valid up to three consecutive nights, space permitting. Campground stays are limited to no more than a total of 12 nights within a 30-day period.
