    Setup Modifications


    If modifications are made to an event setup within three calendar days of the event, fairgrounds staff will determine whether those modifications are significant. If the modifications are determined to be significant, a $30-per-man-hour (one-hour minimum) nonrefundable fee will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before any of the changes are physically made. If additional facilities are requested within seven calendar days of the event and approved by the fairgrounds director, all applicable rental and modification fees must be paid in full before the facilities are considered to be reserved.
