Pine Valley Ranch Park is a picturesque foothills setting for a wedding, a family reunion, a birthday party or large picnic, with three rental facilities.
Two shelters and a Japanese-style gazebo , built in 1939 on an island in the North Fork of the South Platte River, can be reserved up to 9 months in advance. Rentals are offered in a 5-hour block between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. April through September, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. October through March. The Depot is a small visitor center that is open on weekends and holidays, May through September. Visit with the Volunteer Depot Host to get information about local plants and wildlife, pick up a trail map or learn about the history of the park.

Large Shelter - 15 Tables (maximum 100 people) Fee: $100, plus $300 damage deposit
Small Shelter - 8 tables (maximum 60 people) Fee: $50, plus $150 damage deposit
Gazebo (island maximum 25 people) Fee: $25, plus $75 damage deposit
To reserve a shelter for an event, use the Pine Valley Ranch Shelter Reservation Form or call the Open Space office at 303-271-5925. Fees are payable in full at the time of rental confirmation. All fees are non-refundable. Damage deposits are refundable in whole or part contingent upon the condition of the shelter after the event. Loading and unloading of vehicles must be done from designated areas. Driving beyond the parking areas is strictly prohibited.
