Updates to the Comprehensive Master Plan & Community Plans
The Jefferson County Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP) Amendment 2 was approved on December 12, 2012. Staff is still in the process of revising three of the mountain area community plans, incorporating them into the CMP. These plans are the North Mountains, Central Mountains, and Indian Hills Community Plans. For more information, and how to become involved, please visit the Community Plan Update page.

The "Being a Good Neighbor" guide is now available for renters of Short Term Rental property. It lists agreement conditions, helpful hints for compliance, and local contact information. A Short Term Rental application is also available.
