Telecommunications Land Use Plan
The purpose of the Telecommunications Land Use Plan is to provide guidance to county staff, the Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners in making rezoning decisions that include telecommunications as a proposed use. The plan also provides guidance in the development of telecommunications land use regulations.

The plan is currently undergoing a three phase revision. Changes to the low power section were approved March 10, 2004 as an interim amendment to the plan, superceding the plan's 1994 low power provisions . The plan's 1993 high power telecommunication provisions will remain in effect until completion of the final revisions.
