Historic Preservation Committee

On February 20, 2002, the Board of County Commissioners approved a county Historic Preservation Program. They directed the Planning and Zoning Department to devote a 1/2 full-time employee (FTE) planner to provide staff support to the Historic Preservation Committee of the Jefferson County Historical Commission (JCHC) and to implement the first two phases of the program.|
