Property Management Division practice

The Property Management Division works daily to provide Jefferson County employees and patrons, with a safe and comfortable working environment. Property Management is responsible for the asset management, operations and maintenance of 39 seperate sites, and over 84 structures throughout Jefferson County, totaling approximately 2,700,000 sq ft, with an additional estimated 130,000 sq ft to maintain with the completion of the new Workforce Development Center. On average there are 7000 work orders and approximately 2,300 Courts & Administration conference Room requests completed per year.
