    Food Service Establishment Inspection


    Public Health Environmental Health Specialists perform inspections of over 2,000 food service establishments within Jefferson County. These inspections protect the public's health by assuring that foods sold and served in Jefferson County are as safe as they can be and that food service establishments comply with state laws and regulations.

    Jefferson County Public Health conducts numerous types of inspections, but only routine and follow-up inspections will be displayed within the database on our website. Data on this website is updated daily.

    Mobile Food Unit Renewal Inspections

    If you are renewing your mobile food unit license, please use this link to schedule your inspection: https://jcphmobileinspections.youcanbook.me/ 

    How to schedule your Mobile Unit inspection for licensing

    • Schedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment (appointment times may fill up quickly)
    • Appointment days are Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding government holidays)
    • All appointments will be on-site at our office, 645 Parfet Street, Lakewood, CO 80215 (located on the north side of Sixth Avenue, in between Kipling St and Simms St)
    • All units must be fully operational (hot water for handsinks, refrigeration 41F or below, food probe thermometers, example of menu etc.) you are not required to have food on-site

     

    Please ensure you have filled out and bring your license renewal information and 2017 Commissary Agreement to your inspection:

    1. Complete Authorized Signature, Title, and Date boxes located on lower portion of the application.
    2. Reference correct license fee (Amount Owed), located in lower right corner of application.
    3. Bring check/money order payable to Jefferson County Treasurer and
    4. Include Colorado Sales Tax Account Number on check/money order and
    5. Bring completed 2017 Commissary Agreement and License Renewal Form to your scheduled inspection.
