    WorkLife Training Opportunity: Bridges for Employees Workshop


    Bridges for Employers is an introduction to the innovative training that provides education for employers and supervisors to identify the hidden rules and mental models of economic class in the workplace. These training sessions are scheduled for Friday, May 6, Tuesday, June 7, Thursday, July 14, and Monday, August 15 from 9 a.m. to noon at the WorkLife offices.

    This training focuses on existing and new workplace practices, and desired improvements in workforce outcomes:

    • Learn new ways to manage and communicate with your front-line team members.
    • Discover ways to improve your organization’s productivity and retention.
    • Directly affect your bottom-line and be an “employer of choice”

     

    Who should attend?

    Board Members, CEOs, Executive Management, Supervisors, Leads, Managers – Anyone within a leadership role.

    Where?

    WorkLife Office – 1667 Cole Blvd., Bldg 19, Suite 400 in Lakewood.

    Cost?

    There is no cost to attend, but seating is limited and registration is required.
