Wire Transfer Information

To obtain specific wire instructions and bank information, please call our office at 303-271-8580.

Important Details:

We will accept funds for a cure or a redemption in the form of a wire transfer. Your bank should instruct our bank to notify us as soon as it receives the funds. Include the foreclosure number and your name on the wire instructions. A follow-up call to our office is strongly advised.
We will accept funds for a bid for a Public Trustee Foreclosure Sale. However, funds must be in our bank account and verified prior to the time of sale.
A $10.00 wire fee must be added to any transfer.
