36 Commuter CASH, the innovative program to reduce traffic congestion on U.S. 36 and the Diagonal Highway. The program pays U.S. 36 and Diagonal Highway commuters who currently drive solo to work when they “make the switch” to a clean commute option such as bicycling, carpooling, riding transit, vanpooling, teleworking and walking. Participants can earn $2/day, as much as $75 in a 60-day pledge period.
