Please join us at the Sheriff's Office Memorial Garden for our 27th Annual FOP Lodge 18 Day of Remembrance on Friday May 16th, 2014 at 2 p.m.

In October of 1962, President John F. Kennedy proclaimed May 15th of each year as Peace Officers' Memorial Day "in honor of the Federal, State, and municipal officers who have been killed or disabled in the line of duty."  The calendar week of May 15th is National Police Week, "in recognition of the service given by the men, and women who, night and day, stand guard in our communities."  Never forget the sacrifices given by Jefferson County Sheriff's Office deputies...

Show your support of those who have died in the line of duty, and for those who continue to protect our community, by sponsoring an American Flag as part of The American Flag Project.  Contact Cpt. Del Kleinschmidt at 303-489-8569 for further details.
