    There are four ways to get money to an inmate in the Jefferson County Jail. For each of these options you should be prepared with either the inmate's jail identification number or full name and date of birth.

    1. Online at Access Corrections  View exit disclaimer policy page for links to third-party websites.
      This is the jail's approved online vendor. Create an account on this website and use your credit or debit card to pay.
    2. Phone
      You may call 1-866-345-1884 and pay with your credit or debit card.
    3. In Person
      You may come to the jail at 200 Jefferson County Pkwy. in Golden and use cash at the lobby kiosk to add money to an inmate's books. You may also bring a U.S. Postal Service money order and give it to the on-duty lobby staff.
    4. Western Union
      In-person at a Western Union location. View exit disclaimer policy page for links to third-party websites. Include the following information:
      Code City: JCSO
      State: CO
      Account Number: INMATE # + LAST NAME
      Attention Field: INMATE FIRST and LAST NAME

    Funds applied to an inmate's account may be used for jail fees, including medical co-pays and booking fees and commissary items, such as snacks, cards or games. The money is applied to any outstanding jail fees before commissary items may be purchased.
