• Warrants

Warrants searches begin with the agency the warrant was assigned. Your search process varies depending on which agency is assigned to maintain the warrant.  Please determine first which agency you would like to submit a search with (sheriff’s office, other Jefferson County law enforcement agencies, and/or municipal courts).

    Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office maintains warrants issued directly from sheriff case filings, the 1st Judicial District, the District Attorney, state agency investigations, as well as county civil cases, and criminal post-conviction county violations such as: probation, direct-sentences, pre-trial, and escapes. Jefferson County Courts enters active arrest warrant information into the state judicial database and assigns those warrants to either the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office or municipal police departments for custodianship and enforcement. Please provide the name and date of birth to submit an adult search. Information on minors is not provided.
