• Search Procurement Card Expenditures - monthly updates

At this time, because of separate accounts and different banking systems the Jefferson County Public Health Department and the Jefferson County Public Library System are not represented in the Procurement Card search tool.

**Notice: Due to technical issues, our Checkbook and Procurement Card data will not be updated on the regular schedule. You can see the information through 2/2/12 (Checkbook) and 11/29/11 (ProCard). The problem will be resolved and the database updated sometime early next week. We apologize for the inconvenience.



• Search Checkbook (warrants) - weekly updates

Jefferson County publishes a legal notice each week in the High Timber Times, the newspaper currently designated as the county's official newspaper. That notice contains a listing of all warrants (checks) written by the county and is published according to the requirements of Colorado law. Jefferson County is pleased to offer this electronic database, which provides more detail.
