Delinquent Properties Update List

The Delinquent Properties Update List provides a list of those properties for which the taxes are paid, and the lien removed, between the time that the Delinquent Properties List is published and the tax lien sale takes place.

The current file contains 613 payments and is current as of 10/06/2011

This file will be updated periodically. Updates are cumulative; each update will include all previous updates.

Note: This Delinquent Properties Update List  is not a new list of properties going to tax sale. This is a list of changes and removals to the Delinquent Properties List, which must be downloaded separately from the Download Lists page.

The list shows the schedule number, current amount due, and the payment date.

In most cases, the entire tax bill for the schedules on this update list have been paid in full, leaving a balance due of zero. The tax lien for these properties has been canceled and will not be auctioned at the tax lien sale.

Some of the schedules on this update list show a total due amount greater than zero. This is the current tax amount due for these parcels and will be the amount auctioned at the tax lien sale.
