Instructions for Downloading the Delinquent Properties List

The Delinquent Properties file provides a list of the delinquent properties for the tax lien sale. Many of the tax bills for the listed properties will be paid before the tax lien sale and will not be offered for bids at the sale. Updates to the list will be provided from time to time and are available on the Delinquent Properties Update List page.

The following guidelines can be used to download the Delinquent Properties List:

Click on the "Download" button for the desired file. This will display the file in your browser window. (There will not be any progress indicator during the download.)
Click on the "File" option on your browser's menu bar and select the "save as" option from the drop down list to save the file to your local machine.
As an alternate method to download the file, Right-Click on the "Download" button for the desired file and select the "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" to specify a location on your local machine to save the file to.
