Wedding Ceremonies

The judges and magistrates are available to conduct weddings at the Jefferson County Courthouse in Golden, CO (map) at 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday for a fee of $40.

Couples wishing to get married at 12:00 noon need to check in on the second floor of the courthouse at 11:45 a.m. at the Magistrates Lobby.
Couples wishing to get married at 5:00 p.m. need to check in at 4:30 p.m. in Courtroom 1B on the first floor of the courthouse.
